Mark Goldenberg, an Audit Partner, has extensive experience in various industries including apparel, manufacturing, insurance, technology, and country clubs. His expertise encompasses overseeing the firm's SEC practice.

He is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and a New York State Society of CPAs and has served on numerous committees. He is a member of the Checkmates Credit Club, Contemporary Credit Club, New Jersey Venture Group, Accounting and Banking Chapter of B'nai B'rith and the Turnaround Management Association.

His career has included lectures to bankers and CPAs on accounting and auditing related issues. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of Albany.
